Founded in Bakersfield California in 2007, Ms. Ashley’s Events started out planning fun and beautiful birthday parties for girls.  Little girls dressed up in beautiful gowns and fun-funky customs while getting their nails and makeup done by our friendly staff.  We partied with the latest and greatest karaoke songs and fashionable runway shows.
